We’re partnering with a well-established organisation to recruit a Financial Administration Assistant on a permanent basis.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a structured, fast-paced environment and wants to build long-term stability while developing their financial administration skill set. You’ll play a key role supporting day-to-day finance and office operations, working closely with internal stakeholders to keep processes running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide financial and administrative support to the broader business
- Assist with invoice processing, data entry and account administration
- Support purchase order management and reconciliation activities
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers as required
- Assist with general office coordination and ad hoc administration tasks
You’re organised, reliable and comfortable working with numbers and systems.
You’ll bring:
- Previous experience in administration or financial administration
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Confidence working with invoices, data entry and basic accounts processes
- Good communication skills and a professional approach
- A proactive attitude and willingness to support the wider team
