Job Description:

  • Established member base with internal referrals - focus on advice, not BD
  • Hybrid working, paraplanning support, and outstanding employee benefits
  • Deliver meaningful retirement advice within a collaborative organisation
  • Guide members through one of life's most important financial decisions.

If you're an experienced Financial Adviser who enjoys building trusted relationships rather than chasing new business, this is an opportunity to join one of Queensland's leading superannuation funds and provide meaningful retirement advice to an engaged member base.

Working as part of a collaborative advice team, you'll help members navigate retirement with confidence, delivering high-quality strategic advice that genuinely improves financial outcomes.

    Why this opportunity stands out
    • Established member base with strong internal referral channels – no cold business development
    • Hybrid working with flexibility to work from home up to 50% of the week
    • High-quality paraplanning, administration and implementation support
    • Purpose-driven organisation focused on member outcomes rather than product sales
    • Outstanding benefits including generous parental leave, purchased leave and wellbeing initiatives
    • Long-term career development within a highly respected organisation

    The Opportunity
You'll provide personalised retirement advice across superannuation, pension strategies, tax, cash flow and retirement planning through face-to-face, phone and virtual appointments.

Supported by an experienced team, you'll spend more time doing what you do best - building relationships and delivering quality advice - while administration and implementation support allows you to focus on members.

You'll enjoy a steady flow of appointments, modern advice technology and the opportunity to build long-term relationships with members throughout Queensland.

    About You
You'll be an experienced Financial Adviser who enjoys helping people achieve better financial outcomes and values building long-term relationships based on trust.

    You'll bring:
    • Experience providing comprehensive personal financial advice
    • Strong knowledge of retirement planning, superannuation and wealth strategies
    • Completed FASEA education requirements and relevant Financial Planning qualifications
    • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
    • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional client outcomes
    • A collaborative, professional and member-first approach

    Why Join?
This is an opportunity to join a well-established organisation where advice quality, member experience and employee wellbeing are genuinely valued.
Along with a flexible hybrid working model, you'll enjoy:
    • Up to 18 weeks paid parental leave plus super
    • Purchased leave options
    • Ongoing professional development and career progression
    • Reward and recognition programs
    • Comprehensive wellbeing benefits
    • Supportive leadership and a highly collaborative culture

If you're looking for a role where you can focus on delivering quality retirement advice while enjoying flexibility, purpose and long-term career growth, we'd love to hear from you.
