With an ability to influence business outcomes through utilising your commercial acumen, this role is highly visible across a multitude of stakeholders, including the ExCo.
You'll own & manage the group cashflow model, whilst providing decision support to the C Suite and operational stakeholders, such as Heads of Development and Asset Management.
You'll drive budgeting, forecasting, strat planning, board reporting, financial modelling, ad hoc analysis and you'll have involvement in ongoing systems & process improvement (including building dashboards and utilisation of more sophisticated BI tools).
You're a CA or CPA qualified, commercially-focussed FM/FP&A Manager/Senior Analyst/Finance Business Partner, with c. 5-7 years' prior experience in a similarly commercial role, ideally in the property sector. A background in Big 4/mid tier chartered will be well-regarded. Whilst you'll have extensive operational business partnering skills, as well as advanced Excel, modelling and analytics capability.
