- Document functional requirements, process flows and acceptance criteria
- Support delivery teams by providing clear, business‑led insights
- Contribute to testing and validation of business outcomes
- Proven experience as a functional or process‑focused Business Analyst
- Self‑motivated and comfortable working without constant direction
- Able to adapt approach as priorities, scope and context change
- Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills
- Structured thinker who can work through ambiguity
