Reporting to the Finance Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting a business entering an exciting phase of growth and development. As the organisation continues to evolve, you'll be involved in everything from day-to-day finance operations through to month-end reporting, compliance, forecasting and process improvement, providing broad exposure and excellent development opportunities.

Key responsibilities will include:
- Support month-end reporting, reconciliations and general ledger integrity
- Assist with consolidated reporting, statutory compliance and audit requirements
- Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, cash flow reporting and financial analysis
- Prepare BAS, Payroll Tax and FBT returns
- Manage the Accounts Payable function across multiple entities
- Drive process improvements and maintain strong financial controls
- Provide broad support across both operational and technical finance activities
To be successful, you will ideally have:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business or Finance
- 2+ years' experience in an accounting or finance position
- Commenced or intending to commence CA or CPA studies
- Strong reconciliation and analytical skills
- Intermediate to advanced Excel capability, keen interest in utilising AI
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
- A hands-on approach and willingness to get involved across all areas of the finance function
