The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll lead the day-to-day execution of communications across the group, working closely with senior executives, technical specialists, external agencies and investor stakeholders. You'll be responsible for developing polished corporate communications, coordinating investor materials, preparing executive presentations and ensuring information moves seamlessly between leadership, shareholders and the market.
This is a hands-on role where you'll own delivery while also influencing how communications evolve as the organisation continues to grow.
Key Responsibilities
Corporate Communications
- Lead communications across multiple group companies.
- Prepare executive communications, announcements and stakeholder updates.
- Develop content for LinkedIn, websites, newsletters and digital channels.
- Ensure consistent messaging across all businesses.
- Coordinate ASX announcements and market communications.
- Prepare investor presentations, Board papers and executive reports.
- Support shareholder communications and InvestorHub activities.
- Assist with half-year and annual reporting processes.
- Work closely with executives to prepare market-facing communications.
- Produce high-quality Board papers, briefing notes and presentations.
- Translate technical information into clear, engaging communications.
- Manage reporting timelines and approval processes.
- Coordinate documentation across executive leadership teams.
- Manage external creative and marketing agencies.
- Coordinate conference materials, promotional collateral and events.
- Maintain website content and oversee digital communication channels.
- Ensure brand consistency across all entities.
- Leverage AI tools such as Claude to streamline drafting and reporting.
- Identify opportunities to improve communication workflows and business efficiencies.
- Champion innovative ways of working across the communications function.
You'll likely come from a background in Corporate Affairs, Corporate Communications, Investor Relations or External Communications, where you've partnered closely with executive leadership and delivered high-quality corporate communications within a dynamic environment.
