They are now seeking a Financial Controller to manage their financial control framework, audit delivery, compliance, treasury, as well as M&A support.
You will manage a small but high performing team and oversee all financial reporting and compliance requirements with a strategic view, shared services and GL accounting - with a team beneath you running the day to day processes.
Additionally you'll play a pivotal role in a number of projects, with a particular focus around system implementations, and process improvement as part of finance transformation.
About you
- Circa 3+ years experience across senior leadership positions - either as a Financial Controller or GM Finance (or equivalent) from a business at least $300mill revenue with multiple entities
- CA/CPA essential
- Chartered training desired - audit or business advisory
- Experience in a business with stock/inventory (desired by non essential)
- A natural communicator, someone who can influence and create change in the workplace
- Deep understanding of Australian accounting standards along with strong financial management expertise
