They are now seeking a Financial Controller to manage their financial accounting and shared services functions and provide support to the CFO and wider business. This is key role sitting on the SLT.
You will manage a high performance team and oversee all financial reporting and compliance requirements with a strategic view, shared services and GL accounting - with a team beneath you running the day to day processes.
Additionally you'll play a pivotal role in a number of projects, with a particular focus around system implementations, and process improvement as part of finance transformation.
About you
- Circa 5 years experience across senior leadership positions - either as a Senior Finance Manager of Financial Controller
- CA/CPA essential
- Chartered training desired - audit or business advisory
- Experience in a multisite operation (highly regarded)
- A natural communicator, someone who can influence and create change in the workplace
- Deep understanding of Australian accounting standards along with strong financial management expertise
