The Role
Reporting to the CFO, this position leads the financial control function, ensuring accurate reporting, strong governance, and effective support to the wider business. You will play a key role in shaping finance processes while mentoring and developing a capable team.
This role is initially offered as a 6 month contract, with a strong likelihood of extension or transition into a longer term or permanent position.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead month end and year end close across a multi entity structure
• Oversee statutory reporting, tax compliance, and external audit
• Manage cashflow, treasury, and financial risk
• Provide insights into financial performance, budgets, and trends
• Drive process improvements across systems and reporting
• Lead and develop a team across accounting and transactional finance
About You
• Proven experience in a Financial Controller or senior finance leadership role
• Strong technical expertise across financial reporting, controls, and compliance
• Experience operating in complex or multi entity environments
• Confident leading teams and influencing senior stakeholders
• CA or CPA qualified with a hands on and proactive approach
