Industrial Sector | 3–6 Month Temporary Assignment | Immediate Start
We are partnering with a well-established industrial organisation that is entering a period of significant change and evolution. As the business continues to mature, there is a need for an experienced and highly credible Head of Human Resources to step in on a 3–6 month temporary basis to provide strong leadership, stabilise the function, and embed best-practice people and culture frameworks across the organisation.
This is a key leadership role working closely with the CEO and CFO, supporting the executive team through change and ensuring the people agenda is aligned to the organisation’s strategic and commercial objectives.
The role
- Lead the end-to-end HR function across a complex, operational workforce
- Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and CFO during a period of organisational change
- Stabilise and uplift the HR function, introducing structure, governance and best-practice frameworks
- Provide leadership to mentor and support the HR team through transition
- Drive cultural, engagement and capability initiatives across the organisation
- Lead industrial relations, enterprise agreements and workforce compliance
- Balance strategic leadership with hands-on operational delivery
- Demonstrated experience in a senior HR leadership role within industrial, manufacturing, construction, logistics or similar environments
- Proven capability leading HR functions through periods of change or transition
- Strong industrial relations background with sound judgement in complex environments
- Commercial, pragmatic and calm under pressure
- Available to commence immediately or at short notice
- 3–6 month temporary assignment with immediate start
