    The role offers broad ownership of the global people agenda. You will lead both strategy and execution across multiple countries, while putting the core foundations in place to support leaders, teams and the next phase of growth.

    About the role:
    • Leading the People and Culture function across Australia, New Zealand, the UK and Ireland
    • Partnering closely with senior leaders to align people strategy with business growth
    • Building and embedding core frameworks including performance reviews, remuneration, career pathways and capability models
    • Driving engagement, retention and wellbeing strategies
    • Coaching and supporting leaders to strengthen people leadership capability
    • Overseeing national recruitment strategies, employer branding and onboarding
    • Implementing tools across the end to end recruitment process to improve talent acquisition efficiency and outcomes
    • Designing and driving talent development frameworks including training, career pathways and succession planning
    • This role is based in CBD offices and offers flexible working arrangements.
    • Salary $160k plus super.
    About you
    • Progressive HR experience, including at least three years in a senior management role
    • Experience working across multiple entities or countries
    • A hands on approach with the ability to move between strategy and delivery
    • Strong commercial awareness and confidence partnering with executive teams
    • A leadership style that is warm, collaborative and credible
    • Experience designing people frameworks from the ground up
    • A passion for developing leaders and building high engagement cultures
