We are partnering with a growing national healthcare organisation to recruit an experienced Healthcare / Allied Health Recruiter for a 6 month contract based in St Leonards, Sydney.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast paced and collaborative team, supporting the recruitment of clinical professionals across Australia during an exciting period of growth.
You will play a key role managing high volume recruitment across allied health and healthcare positions, working closely with hiring managers to support workforce expansion across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end to end recruitment across allied health and healthcare roles
• Advertise roles, screen candidates and coordinate interviews
• Manage candidate pipelines and maintain strong candidate engagement
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs
• Manage candidate experience, offers and onboarding processes
• Support ongoing workforce growth across the organisation
About You
• Previous experience recruiting within healthcare or allied health
• Experience working in agency or internal recruitment
• Comfortable managing high volume recruitment and multiple vacancies
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Able to work in a fast paced and evolving environment
