An established organisation is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to step into a key role supporting the team through a period of transition and high activity. This is a hands-on contract with a strong advisory overlay, suited to someone who can balance operational delivery with thoughtful, commercially aligned HR support.

Working as part of a collaborative and high-performing HR function, you will partner closely with stakeholders to ensure HR processes are delivered effectively, while also identifying opportunities to improve systems, documentation and overall efficiency.
This role will suit an HR professional who enjoys being close to the detail but can also take a step back, provide guidance and contribute to the broader effectiveness of the function.
Key areas of focus include:
- Providing practical HR advice and support to internal stakeholders across the employee lifecycle
- Reviewing and uplifting HR documentation, ensuring accuracy, compliance and consistency
- Supporting contract and employment documentation updates, with a focus on best practice
- Identifying inefficiencies in current processes and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
- Managing sensitive employee matters with discretion and sound judgement
- Supporting the team through a high-volume period while maintaining quality and attention to detail
You are an experienced HR professional who brings both strong fundamentals and a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach.
You will bring:
- Proven experience in an HR Advisor or equivalent role within a fast-paced environment
- The ability to provide clear, practical advice while remaining hands-on in delivery
- Strong attention to detail, with an appreciation for how accuracy underpins broader HR outcomes
- Confidence working across HR systems, contracts and employment documentation
- A proactive mindset, with the ability to identify improvements rather than just execute tasks
