- Building strong stakeholder relationships and promoting a positive, high-performing workplace culture.
To be successful in this role, you'll be an experienced HR professional who enjoys partnering with leaders, solving complex people challenges and building trusted relationships across a business.
You'll bring:

- The ability to coach, influence and build credibility with leaders at all levels.
- Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience leading, mentoring or supporting HR team members will be highly regarded.
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline are desirable.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established national organisation where you'll work closely with an experienced Head of People and have genuine scope to influence people outcomes across the business.
