About the Role
Working as part of a collaborative and high-performing team, this role will focus on coordinating people operations services across the employee lifecycle. You will act as a key point of contact for HR enquiries while ensuring processes run smoothly and data integrity is maintained.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing first-line HR enquiries via shared inbox and internal support channels
- Coordinating employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, changes, and offboarding processes
- Maintaining and updating employee records within HR systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Supporting reporting, HR metrics, and data insights for the broader team
- Assisting with cyclical processes such as remuneration reviews, audits, and HR initiatives
- Monitoring and actioning requests in line with service level agreements
- Contributing to process improvements to enhance efficiency and employee experience
About You:
- Previous experience in an HR Coordinator role
- Strong administrative capability with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident using HR systems and handling employee data
- Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach
