We are seeking a HR Officer to join a well-known financial services organisation on a temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a fast-paced, collaborative team and make an immediate impact during a key transition period.
About the Role
Reporting into the HR leadership team, you will provide support across the full employee lifecycle, with a focus on recruitment and HR administration. This is a varied role where you will play a key part in supporting operational HR delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting end-to-end recruitment processes including posting job ads, interview coordination and stakeholder engagement.
- Preparing employment contracts, onboarding and induction coordination.
- Maintaining accurate employee records across HR systems (HRIS and SharePoint).
- HR administration including supporting contract variations, policy updates and documentation.
- Assisting with learning & development coordination and training follow-ups.
- Supporting process documentation, SOP updates and general HR projects.
About You
- Previous experience in a HR Officer / HR Coordinator role
- Experience with HR systems (Employment Hero) highly regarded
- Recruitment and onboarding experience
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- High attention to detail and accuracy across HR administration
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-focused approach
