What You'll Be Doing
- Handling inbound calls and enquiries from tenants who have fallen into rent arrears
- Connecting people with appropriate support services
- Setting up and managing payment plans
- Assisting with debt recovery processes
- Working across two office locations (split to be confirmed)
- A valid NSW driver's licence (essential — required even if you'll be using public transport)
- Willingness to undergo a National Police Check
- Excellent communication skills, with genuine empathy and patience
- The ability to stay calm and professional in sensitive conversations
- Knowledge of the NSW Residential Tenancies Act is highly regarded (not essential)
- Immediate start — Temp contract through to 17th September
- Competitive pay: $50.34 p/h + Super
- 9–5 hours, Monday to Friday — no weekend work
