    About You
We're looking for someone who has:
    • Approximately 1-2 years' experience in Human Resources, Employee Relations or Industrial Relations; or
    • Recently completed a degree in Employment Law, Industrial Relations, Human Resources or Legal with a strong interest in IR.
    You'll also bring:
    • Strong research and analytical skills.
    • Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
    • The ability to interpret legislation, awards and employment documentation.
    • Confidence prioritising work in a fast-paced environment.
    • A genuine interest in building a career within Industrial Relations and Employment Law.

    • Mentoring from experienced HR and Industrial Relations professionals.
    • Supportive, collaborative team environment.
    • Immediate start available.
