Key Responsibilities
- Deliver advanced support across networking, hardware and AV equipment.
- Configure and maintain switches, Wi‑Fi equipment and physical network hardware.
- Lead break/fix activities and guide two junior technicians as needed.
- Assist with onsite deployments, including new building network setups.
- Contribute to IT projects involving hardware, software and networking improvements.
- Solid networking background with confidence configuring switches and Wi‑Fi.
- Strong hardware diagnostics, troubleshooting and repair capabilities.
- Patient, collaborative and able to communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
- Comfortable with hands‑on physical setup, installs and equipment rollouts.
- Positive attitude, steady work ethic and a team-oriented approach.
