You’ll join a supportive finance team and gain exposure across revenue, payroll, month‑end, financial reporting, budgeting/forecasting and process improvement - with strong mentoring from experienced leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the revenue and sales ledger across several internal systems and payment platforms
- Daily transaction processing and reconciliations across Xero, CRM and multiple sales systems
- Monitor data feeds revenue platforms to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Prepare internal invoices and assist with tenant rent & utilities
- Perform daily and month‑end reconciliations and support AASB 15 revenue recognition
- Assist with payroll for approx. 40+ staff
- Gain exposure to fixed assets, investments, balance sheet reconciliations, budgeting & forecasting
- Support finance transformation initiatives including reporting improvements, budgeting tool enhancement and opportunities for digital/AI‑driven process uplift
- 1–3 years’ experience in accounting
- Strong reconciliation capability and attention to detail
- Comfortable working across multiple systems and data sources
- Studying or intending to commence CPA/CA
- Experience in NFPs, membership bodies, SaaS/subscription revenue or education/RTO environments is advantageous
