The Opportunity
This business critical role will act as the lead finance partner across key divisions, working directly with GMs and MD-level stakeholders.
This is not a reporting role - it’s about influence, insight and impact across contracts, asset performance and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with operational leaders across multiple divisions to drive performance and commercial outcomes
- Build business cases and support contract negotiations and renewals
- Provide financial modelling and analysis to support strategic and operational decisions
- Support investment decisions across capital projects, asset performance and long-term planning
- Provide insight into asset utilisation, performance and optimisation opportunities
- Work closely with leadership on strategic decision-making and growth initiatives
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes (led by FP&A leader)
- Operate within a complex, contract-driven and multi-entity environment
- High visibility with senior operational stakeholders
- Exposure to a complex, asset-intensive and multi-division business
- Opportunity to influence asset performance, commercial outcomes and strategic direction
- Work alongside an evolving FP&A function backed by strong leadership
- Proven experience in a true business partnering role within asset-heavy, infrastructure, energy, mining, logistics or project-based environments
- Strong financial modelling capability, with exposure to business cases, capex or asset performance
- Experience operating in contract-driven or complex revenue environments
- Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder engagement skills
- Comfortable operating in complex, evolving environments
- Someone who enjoys being at this level and influencing outcomes
- Flexible culture (office-led but not policy-driven)
- Travel optional (operational exposure encouraged)
