This is a hands on role focused on creating engaging training content, supporting online learning initiatives and improving training materials across a national franchise network.
Reporting into the National Training Manager, you will work across a range of learning and development projects including LMS content, onboarding materials, operational training guides and online learning modules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop training materials, guides and learning content
- Support online learning initiatives and LMS content updates
- Create engaging onboarding and operational training resources
- Partner with stakeholders across training and operations teams
- Assist with content updates, training rollouts and learning projects
- Identify opportunities to improve learning processes and content delivery
- Utilise AI and digital tools to improve training efficiency and engagement
- Previous experience within Instructional Design, L&D, Training or Learning environments
- Experience creating training content, guides, SOPs or online learning materials
- Exposure to LMS platforms
- Strong written communication and content development skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office and digital learning tools
- Experience with InDesign, Adobe Suite or similar tools highly regarded but not essential
- Experience within retail, hospitality, operations or franchise environments highly regarded
- 6 month fixed term contract
