    Location: Bondi Junction (on-site)
    Hours: 24 hours per week — flexible across the week, fully on-site
    Salary: $95,000 - $100,000 + super (pro-rata)
     
    About the Role
    Work for a privately-owned property group with a diversified portfolio spanning commercial and retail.
     
    This is a part-time opportunity of 24 hours per week, with flexibility to spread hours across the week to suit the successful candidate. The role is fully on-site at their Head Office in Bondi Junction. The role is responsible for lease administration mainly across their commercial and some retail property portfolio.
     
    Key Responsibilities
    • Manage end-to-end lease administration including, reviewing offer documentation, coordinating approvals, and facilitating lease execution, including DocuSign, mortgagee consent, and registration.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date tenant records in MRI, including tenancy information forms, renewals, and vacates.
    • Process daily accounts receivable, receipting tenant payments and manage arrears and prepare recovery/recharge invoices.
    • Prepare and coordinate annual outgoings estimates and reconciliation processes; conduct tenant reconciliations and audits.
    • Manage tenant insurance, securities, and fit-out bonds; prepare monthly rent rolls.
    • Support property managers in maintaining strong tenant relationships and handle miscellaneous tenant communications.
    • Contribute to process improvements, legal precedents, and template documentation.
    • May need to perform other ad-hoc duties as required
     
    Essential Requirements
    • Must have a minimum 3 years' experience in a Lease Administration role.
    • Ideally have experience in a family office or private group
    • Demonstrated experience with MRI property management software — this is desirable
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi task in a high-volume environment.
    • Strong in Microsoft Excel;
    • Team-oriented with the ability to liaise professionally at all levels but also able to work autonomously.
    Desirable
    • Experience with MRI General Ledger (PMX).
