    About the Role:
    We're seeking a proactive and adaptable Legal PA to join a well-respected Sydney law firm. You'll provide dedicated support to a Partner and their busy legal team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The team is collaborative, approachable, and well-organised, with a positive culture and a strong focus on work-life balance.
    This is an excellent opportunity for a Legal PA who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong internal and client relationships, and has solid experience in billing and administrative processes.
     
    Key Responsibilities:
    • Manage emails, diaries, travel arrangements, and expenses efficiently.
    • Prepare correspondence, presentations, and oversee document production.
    • Handle matter administration, compliance checks, and engagement letters.
    • Support client relationships and assist with business development activities.
    • Manage billing processes, including high-volume invoicing.
    • Mentor and assist junior team members with administrative tasks.
    • Coordinate internal and external meetings and events.
    About You:
    • Minimum three years' experience as a legal secretary. Experience in a law firm or corporate legal environment is preferred.
    • Experience in employment law or litigation would be beneficial 
    • Experienced in billing and administrative processes in a legal setting.
    • Resilient, adaptable, and confident navigating concise communication.
    • Strong interpersonal skills, collaborative, and able to work with different styles.
    • Open to candidates from other legal or business services backgrounds who demonstrate the right traits.
