The Opportunity
Working as part of a close-knit but quickly growing Lending team, you'll:
- Manage lending applications from initial assessment through to settlement.
- Review customer financial information and supporting documentation to ensure quality lending outcomes.
- Apply responsible lending principles, credit policy and sound lending judgement throughout the assessment process.
- Liaise with customers and internal stakeholders to progress applications efficiently and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Identify opportunities to improve lending processes as the business continues to grow.
You'll ideally bring:
- Experience managing or supporting lending applications across the full lending lifecycle.
- A strong understanding of lending processes, supporting documentation and responsible lending obligations.
- Sound analytical skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to make well-considered lending decisions.
- A collaborative approach and genuine passion for helping customers achieve the right outcome.
- A desire to continue building your career within lending and credit.
