    We are seeking an experienced Lending Solutions Support Manager to step into 2IC position, managing a national team of around 30 staff across multiple offices. Reporting to the General Manager, this is a hands-on role for someone who can hit the ground running and drive operational excellence across a busy, end-to-end lending function.
     
    This is an initial 12 month fixed-term contract with strong potential for extension or permanent placement.
     
    Key Responsibilities
    • Co-ordinate, manage and monitor the day-to-day internal operations of all teams in Lending Solutions
    • Monitor daily reporting, team workloads and provide hands-on support to team members
    • Monitor and evaluate staff performance in collaboration with the General Manager
    • Ensure the team is adequately resourced to service clients
    • Assist with implementation and updates of documents and internal systems for stakeholders
    • Monitor adherence to policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
    • Design remedies to reduce the risk of complaints or incidents
    • Undertake other duties as directed by the General Manager
     
    What We're Looking For
    • Demonstrated end-to-end lending experience — this is essential
    • Proven experience managing a team of 10 or more
    • Background in banking or financial services (legal sector experience a bonus!)
    • Ability to manage remote and nationally dispersed teams
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
    • High level of adaptability as the pace is fast in this role
