An established and growing finance advisory business is seeking a Lending Specialist to support its residential mortgage offering.

The role offers exposure to a broad range of residential lending scenarios, working closely with clients and lenders throughout the application and settlement process.
The Role
Working as part of a collaborative team, you will manage residential lending matters from initial enquiry through to settlement, ensuring clients receive a seamless and professional experience throughout the process.
Key responsibilities include:
• Managing residential lending applications from enquiry through to settlement.
• Liaising with clients to understand their lending requirements and objectives.
• Assessing lending scenarios and identifying suitable solutions.
• Preparing and managing lender submissions and supporting documentation.
• Coordinating with lenders, solicitors, valuers and other stakeholders throughout the approval process.
• Providing ongoing support and communication to clients throughout the lending journey.
• Maintaining a high standard of compliance, accuracy and customer service.
About You

To be successful, you will bring:
• Experience within residential lending, mortgage broking or banking.

• Sound understanding of residential lending products and credit principles.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• The ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously while maintaining a high level of service.
