Reporting into a very strong Finance Manager, this position provides hands-on exposure to a major operating business unit and the opportunity to influence performance in a complex, fast-moving setting.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly management accounts and forecasts
- Lead budgeting and cost control processes across the manufacturing business unit
- Partner closely with operational leaders to provide commercial insight
- Analyse variances, trends and drivers to support business decisions
- Contribute to ERP and BI enhancements, improving data and reporting capability
- Experience as a Management or Commercial Accountant
- Background in manufacturing, FMCG or a similarly complex environment
- Strong Excel skills with proven budgeting and financial modelling capability, Power BI experience also beneficial
- ERP experience essential, and keen interest in new implementations
- Commercial mndset with the ability to engage confidently with operations
