    With strong values, collaborative culture, and a focus on long-term growth, they are seeking a Management Accountant to provide financial support and reporting across key areas of the business.
     

    The Role

    This is a broad, hands-on accounting role responsible for monthly reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis. Working closely with stakeholders across various business units, you’ll deliver accurate insights, maintain reporting standards, and contribute to ongoing improvements in financial processes.

    Key responsibilities include:
    • Preparing monthly financial reports, analysis, and commentary
    • Managing P&L, balance sheet integrity, and general ledger reconciliations
    • Performing variance analysis and linking results to business KPIs
    • Leading month-end close processes including accruals and provisions
    • Supporting forecasting, budgeting, and planning cycles
    • Overseeing fixed asset registers and capital expenditure reporting
    • Providing financial insights and supporting cost control initiatives
    • Assisting the broader finance team and supporting external audits
     
    Skills and Experience
    • Degree qualified in Accounting or Commerce; CA/CPA qualified or progressing
    • 3–5 years’ experience in management accounting or commercial finance
    • Strong ERP systems knowledge (Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, or similar)
    • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
    • Analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail
    • Strong communication skills and ability to engage non-financial stakeholders
    • Proactive and confident with a continuous improvement approach
