As part of their ongoing growth, they’re looking to appoint a Management Accountant to join the team in a role that blends financial rigour with commercial insight.
The Role
2 Month contract for an immediate start. Reporting into an experienced finance leader, this Management Accountant role supports both day-to-day reporting and broader strategic initiatives. You'll work closely with operational and corporate stakeholders, helping to drive financial performance and process improvement across a diverse portfolio.
Key responsibilities include:
- Month-end reporting, analysis, and financial reconciliation
- Partnering with teams across operations, HR, and compliance functions
- Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis
- Identifying performance trends and recommending improvements
- Contributing to internal reporting tools, systems upgrades, and controls
- Assisting with audit and compliance activities
- Providing commercial insight to support informed business decisions
Skills and Experience
- Degree qualified in Accounting or Finance (CA/CPA ideal but not essential)
- Experience in a broad finance or management accounting role
- Confident in handling large data sets and driving reporting accuracy
- Strong communication skills with the ability to partner across functions
- High attention to detail with a proactive, improvement-focused mindset
- Previous exposure to operational environments or multi-site businesses is beneficial
