Job Description:

  • Two roles in one - marketing alongside some office coordination
  • Mailchimp, Canva, WordPress essential
  • Confidence with senior management & external agencies
  • Marketing & Office Coordinator
    Full-time, Permanent, full-time in office
    Macquarie Park, Sydney
    Free parking on site
    Salary $80,000 - $85,000 + super

Join a small, close-knit Sydney office as Marketing & Office Coordinator for a well-established not-for-profit. This is a genuinely varied role, marketing/CRM, part office coordination and suited to someone who likes variety in their day and enjoys the close-knit feel of a smaller office. Due to the size of the office someone who fits in culturally is important for the team.

Full Australian working rights are essential — this role is only open to Australian Citizens, Australian Permanent Residents, or New Zealand Citizens (no visa sponsorship available)

About the role You'll take the lead on the organisation's CRM/database, support marketing and communications (collateral such as, newsletters, brochures and social, website and campaigns), and keep the office running day-to-day, supplies, event logistics, and general support to the team.

This isn't a pure marketing role. You'll need to be just as comfortable keeping the supporter database up to date as you are drafting a newsletter in Mailchimp, designing in Canva, or updating pages on WordPress and happy to get stuck into whatever the day requires for the office.

You'll also play a key role in the organisation's major annual company-wide event, and will work closely with external agencies, so confidence liaising with outside partners and senior management is important.

    What you'll bring
    • Hands-on experience with Mailchimp, Canva, and WordPress — these are essential, not nice-to-haves
    • Experience across analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEO)
    • Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel and Word
    • A track record of building efficient systems and processes
    • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
    • A self-starter mentality who is comfortable working independently in a small office environment
    • Confidence working and communicating with senior management, comfortable voicing ideas and opinions in a professional, collaborative way
    • Comfortable liaising with external agencies and partners
    • Alignment with the organisation's purpose-driven, community-focused mission and values

    What's on offer
    • Free on-site parking
    • Join a small, supportive team where your work has direct, visible impact no getting lost in a big org
    • Genuine variety day to day, real ownership over the CRM and marketing function, and a workplace culture built around shared purpose
