  • We’re looking for a creative and driven Marketing Specialist to join a dynamic marketing team on an initial 3-month temporary assignment. In this role, you will be responsible for developing engaging digital content, supporting integrated marketing campaigns, and enhancing audience engagement across multiple platforms.
      
    You’ll collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality, on-brand content and visual assets, while contributing insights and ideas to continually improve performance and user experience.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Create and manage engaging content across digital, social, web, and event channels
    • Design high-quality visual assets (social media graphics, marketing collateral, presentations, and campaign materials) aligned with brand guidelines
    • Develop multimedia content including posts, videos, and storytelling to support campaigns
    • Maintain and execute the content calendar, using insights to optimise performance
    • Deliver integrated marketing campaigns and coordinate projects within agreed timelines
    • Collaborate with vendors and support the design and optimisation of campaign or event websites
    • Track performance, prepare reports, and identify opportunities for improvement
    • Contribute creative ideas to marketing initiatives and stay up to date with digital and design trends
      
    About You
    You’re a creative thinker with a passion for marketing and digital engagement, you’ll be confident with graphic design and visual storytelling.
    • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
    • Proven experience in a marketing, content, or design-focused role
    • Strong portfolio showcasing digital, social, and visual/graphic design work
    • Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
    • Experience with video production and editing
    • Ability to interpret briefs and deliver creative, visually engaging solutions
    • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
    • Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines
    • Availability to start immediately
