Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain governance frameworks for Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365
- Promote Power Platform adoption and automation initiatives
- Manage Microsoft tenancy, licensing, and compliance
- Collaborate with vendors to enhance user experience and drive improvements
- Monitor system health and provide strategic oversight
- Proven experience in Microsoft 365 and Power Platform governance
- Strong knowledge of admin portals, SharePoint, and Entra ID administration
- Background in government or regulated environments
- Skilled in vendor management and driving business outcomes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
