  • Job Title: Office Manager & Property Administrator
    Located: Sydney CBD
    Salary:$90,000 - $100,000 + super
     
    Overview:
    Join a stable family office that manage a select commercial and industrial property portfolio across Sydney. The business offers a calm, traditional office environment with a long‑tenured team. This is a slow‑paced, in‑office role suited to someone who values structure and consistency.
     
    The successful candidate will always be responsible for core office management duties, alongside supporting property management administration.
     
    Key Responsibilities
    • Manage front‑of‑house operations and day‑to‑day office coordination.
    • Provide accounts support and invoice reconciliation.
    • Manage incoming calls, emails, and front‑desk enquiries.
    • Handle deliveries and general office correspondence.
    • Maintain office supplies, equipment, and contractor relationships.
    • Oversee document management, filing systems, and office procedures.
    • Support senior leadership with administrative tasks.
    Property Management Support
    • Assist with tenant communications, enquiries, and scheduling.
    • Coordinate maintenance requests and contractor bookings.
    • Prepare and issue lease documents, notices, and compliance paperwork.
    • Support Property Manager with follow‑ups with tenants and trades.
     
    Requirements
    • Previous experience as an administrator in property
    • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to manage competing priorities in a busy office.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Basic accounts understanding (invoicing, reconciliation).
    • Comfortable with routine, process‑driven work.
