Overview:

The successful candidate will always be responsible for core office management duties, alongside supporting property management administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage front‑of‑house operations and day‑to‑day office coordination.
- Provide accounts support and invoice reconciliation.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and front‑desk enquiries.
- Handle deliveries and general office correspondence.
- Maintain office supplies, equipment, and contractor relationships.
- Oversee document management, filing systems, and office procedures.
- Support senior leadership with administrative tasks.
- Assist with tenant communications, enquiries, and scheduling.
- Coordinate maintenance requests and contractor bookings.
- Prepare and issue lease documents, notices, and compliance paperwork.
- Support Property Manager with follow‑ups with tenants and trades.
Requirements
- Previous experience as an administrator in property
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a busy office.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Basic accounts understanding (invoicing, reconciliation).
- Comfortable with routine, process‑driven work.
