About the Role
A newly created opportunity for a highly organised to join a busy team on a part-time basis, reporting to the Head of Finance. This is a true head-office support role that gives you broad exposure across the business, from the national fleet and property portfolio through to key supplier and insurance arrangements.
You'll work closely with senior leaders across Finance, Legal, and branch management, with genuine national visibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the go to support person for the wider team with various tasks
- Coordinate insurance renewals across multiple lines (general, professional liability, workers compensation, D&O), manage certificate of currency distribution and support claims coordination
- Coordinate fleet vehicle purchasing, disposal and record-keeping
- Maintain the property lease register across the national branch network, tracking key dates, renewals and rent reviews
- Coordinate procurement of standard equipment and manage PPE/uniform supplier arrangements
- Manage relationships with key corporate suppliers, identifying opportunities to improve value and reduce risk
- Experience in corporate services, procurement, contract or supplier management, or a related commercial/administration role
- Genuinely adaptable, comfortable learning on the job and working across different structures as the role evolves
- Comfortable managing multiple supplier relationships and competing priorities at once
- Experience in lease administration, property management or insurance renewals highly regarded (not essential)
- Excellent attention to detail and strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Proactive and confident to liaise across all levels of the business and with external suppliers/brokers
Hours & Flexibility
2-3 days per week, hybrid. Very flexible on structure for the right person.
