About the Role
Reporting to the Executive Manager Operations, you'll oversee the day-to-day supervision of settlement transaction processing across Retail/Cards, Treasury and Payments. This includes team supervision, workload management, and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support a team processing settlement transactions across multiple product types
- Ensure accurate, timely processing in line with internal SLAs and industry deadlines
- Maintain and improve Standard Operating Procedures
- Support the bank's operational risk management framework, including issue identification, escalation and root cause analysis
- Provide coaching and day-to-day guidance to direct reports
About You
- Minimum 5 years' banking experience, including settlements/operations
- Exposure to Treasury and/or SWIFT processing preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing deadlines
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
