We are working with a well-established and growing financial services business in Brisbane's southside to find an Operations Support Officer to join their close-knit team. This is an entry level opportunity with genuine career progression into credit, collections and broader operations functions as the business grows.
About the Role
Day to day you will be the backbone of the support function, keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. Your responsibilities will include responding to inquiries from brokers, relationship managers and customers, processing funding quotes and endorsements, creating creditor codes for new intermediaries, preparing broker agreements, maintaining accurate records and documentation, and providing general administrative and operational support across the business. There is a strong data entry component to this role, so someone who is precise, reliable and takes care with their work will thrive here.
About You
Experience is not required, but 1-2 years experience in similar role beneficial. What matters most is your attitude, your work ethic, and your willingness to learn. Whether you are fresh out of school or looking to make your first move into financial services, if you are determined, switched on and take pride in your work you will be given every opportunity to succeed and progress here.
