Key Responsibilities
- Oversee accurate and timely processing of monthly end-to-end payroll
- Manage high-volume timesheet data entry and process weekly and fortnightly T&A (time & attendance) pay runs
- Enter and approve new starters, terminations, salary changes, deductions and master file updates
- Provide training, support and guidance to Payroll Officers/Junior Payroll Officer
- Interpret and apply multiple awards and enterprise agreements
- Act as first point of contact for payroll queries and issue resolution
Your Background
- 2+ years’ end-to-end payroll experience
- Proven experience using Chris21/iChris
- Background in large, complex environments or high-volume payroll processing
