What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing the full payroll cycle with accuracy and ownership
- Supporting payroll across multiple states, gaining exposure to varied legislation
- Reviewing timesheets, resolving queries and ensuring smooth processing
- Contributing to payroll reporting and enhancing Excel templates
- Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency
- Working closely with a supportive manager and approachable team
- 2-3 years payroll experience and readiness to step into full end‑to‑end responsibility
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solutions‑focused mindset
- Confidence with Excel or a willingness to strengthen your skills
- Someone who values teamwork, communication and continuous learning
- A manager who provides guidance, mentorship and genuine support
- A positive, collaborative team culture
- Exposure to high‑volume, multi‑state payroll - excellent for career progression

- $75,000-85,000 + super
