    The Opportunity

    Reporting to an experienced Payroll Manager, you'll join a well-established payroll function known for its expertise, stability and collaborative culture. Working within a collaborative environment, you'll be supported by a team that values accuracy, continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

    Reporting into the HR function, this role will see you contribute to the end-to-end processing of a national payroll in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You'll work closely with stakeholders across multiple offices, providing exceptional service while ensuring payroll is delivered accurately and efficiently.

    Key Responsibilities
    • End-to-end high-volume payroll processing for a national workforce 
    • Managing payroll enquiries and providing exceptional internal customer service
    • Maintaining employee records and ensuring payroll data integrity
    • Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, awards and company policies
    • Assisting with payroll reconciliations, reporting and audit requirements
    • Identifying opportunities to improve payroll processes and efficiencies
    • Partnering with HR and key stakeholders across multiple office locations
    About You To be successful in this role, you will possess:
    • Minimum 5 years' payroll experience within a high-volume environment
    • Strong working knowledge of Chris21(advantageous)
    • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
    • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
    • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
    • A collaborative and approachable working style
    • Demonstrated stability and tenure in previous positions
    • The ability to prioritise effectively and perform in a fast-paced environment
