The Opportunity
Reporting to an experienced Payroll Manager, you'll join a well-established payroll function known for its expertise, stability and collaborative culture. Working within a collaborative environment, you'll be supported by a team that values accuracy, continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
Reporting into the HR function, this role will see you contribute to the end-to-end processing of a national payroll in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You'll work closely with stakeholders across multiple offices, providing exceptional service while ensuring payroll is delivered accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end high-volume payroll processing for a national workforce
- Managing payroll enquiries and providing exceptional internal customer service
- Maintaining employee records and ensuring payroll data integrity
- Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, awards and company policies
- Assisting with payroll reconciliations, reporting and audit requirements
- Identifying opportunities to improve payroll processes and efficiencies
- Partnering with HR and key stakeholders across multiple office locations
- Minimum 5 years' payroll experience within a high-volume environment
- Strong working knowledge of Chris21(advantageous)
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

- Demonstrated stability and tenure in previous positions
