Working in a team of 3, the Payroll Officer reports the Manager and will take responsibility for delivering payroll operations. More specifically your role will include, however may not be limited to:
- Be a "go-to" person for all things payroll!
- End-to-End processing of payroll for a portfolio of employees (weekly)
- Maintaining employee master data
- Assisting with PAYG tax, superannuation and reporting obligations
- Ensure strict compliance with all relevant legislation
- Handling payroll queries from managers and employees
- Supporting payroll projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- Adhoc duties as required
You will be either an up-and-coming Payroll Officer looking to build on your career within payroll under a great Manager, or someone more experienced looking for a great, flexible environment where you can add instant value to the team. You will have outstanding communication skills and customer service.
