This role will suit a hands-on payroller who has managed end-to-end payroll in an environment with multiple EBAs and awards. Experience beyond payroll - such as working as a Finance Officer or supporting AR/customer queries - will be highly regarded.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end payroll processing
- Interpreting and applying multiple EBAs, awards, and employment agreements
- Managing payroll adjustments, terminations, leave, and compliance requirements
- Responding to payroll-related queries with a strong customer-service focus
- Liaising with internal stakeholders to resolve payroll and pay-related issues
- Supporting finance or accounts functions where required (AR / Finance Officer-style duties)
- Demonstrated end-to-end payroll experience
- Strong exposure to multiple EBAs and complex payroll environments
- Experience in customer service, AR, or broader finance roles is an advantage
- Confident communicator with a professional, service-focused approach
- Able to hit the ground running and work autonomously in a contract role
- Temporary contract until end of March, with potential to extend
