Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of 6 payroll officers
- Oversee end-to-end payroll processing across multiple pay cycles
- Ensure payroll accuracy, compliance and timely delivery for over 6000 employees
- Review and approve payroll reconciliations, adjustments and reporting
- Manage escalations and complex payroll queries
- Partner closely with HR, Finance and operational stakeholders
- Drive payroll process improvements and support system optimisation initiatives
- Proven experience leading payroll teams within large, high-volume environments
- Strong end-to-end payroll knowledge across multiple pay frequencies
- Strong understanding of payroll legislation, awards and compliance
