- As a People and Culture Advisor, you will partner with operational leaders to deliver timely, practical people solutions.
- You will be the first point of contact for day to day employee relations matters, case management while contributing to broader people initiatives across the site.
- Support leaders with performance conversations, development planning and managing under performance
- Support the delivery of P&C programs and people initiatives
- 2+ years experience in an advisory or HR Generalist role, ideally within operations, warehousing or similar environments
- Strong employee and industrial relations experience with confidence managing cases end to end
- Comfortable working in a warehouse setting with a practical approach
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build credibility with frontline teams and leaders
