  • We’re partnering with one of Australia’s leading online and eCommerce retailers to recruit a People & Culture Coordinator to join their team.

    This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a fast paced fulfilment centre environment in Yennora, supporting the HR function within a large operational workforce.

    This 12 month fixed term contract is a hands on People & Culture role, ideal for someone who enjoys being close to the floor, partnering with operational leaders and supporting a high volume, blue collar workforce in a dynamic warehouse setting. You’ll play a key role in ensuring strong employee engagement, providing day to day HR support and helping drive a positive workplace culture within a busy distribution environment.

    The role
    • As a People and Culture Coordinator, you will partner with operational leaders to deliver timely, practical people solutions.
    • You will be the first point of contact for day to day employee relations matters, case management while contributing to broader people initiatives across the site.
    • Support leaders with performance conversations, development planning and managing under performance
    • Support the delivery of P&C programs and people initiatives 
    What we are looking for
    • 2+ years experience in a P&C or HR support role within a warehouse, construction, manufacturing or similar operational environment supporting a blue collar workforce
    • Exposure to employee relations matters with the confidence to support managers and escalate more complex issues where required
    • Comfortable working in a warehouse setting with a practical approach
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build credibility with frontline teams and leaders
