We are seeking a motivated and highly organised People & Culture Administrator to join a busy and collaborative P&C team.
This is a great opportunity for someone with around 12 months experience in HR or People & Culture who is looking to continue building their career in a fast-paced environment. You will play an important role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the P&C function, ensuring employee queries and administrative tasks are managed efficiently and accurately.
This role is being offered on an initial 3-month temporary assignment due to increased workload in the team.
The Role
Working as part of the broader People & Culture team, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and monitoring shared P&C inboxes
- Triaging employee and manager queries and allocating tasks to the appropriate team member
- Responding to general P&C enquiries and following up outstanding actions
- Updating and maintaining employee information across HR systems
- Processing employee changes and maintaining accurate records
- Preparing letters, contracts and general employee documentation
- Supporting onboarding and offboarding administration
- Managing high volumes of administrative tasks and competing priorities
- Supporting reporting, data updates and general P&C projects as required
- Providing broader administrative support to the People & Culture team
You will have approximately 12 months’ experience within an HR or People & Culture environment and be looking for an opportunity to continue developing your skills.
You will bring strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills and the ability to confidently manage a busy workload. You will be comfortable working across systems, managing shared inboxes and ensuring tasks are actioned or directed to the right person.
