Sydney | Non-Bank Real Estate Lender
Our client is a non-bank lender specialising in real estate finance, having grown from a startup to around $1.5 billion in loans under management over the past 10 years.
This is a newly created role sitting between senior leadership and the credit team, covering loan documentation, portfolio management, credit risk and workout situations. You'll report directly to leadership and hold final sign-off on loan documents and security packages before they go to the Board, so it's hands-on, not just an oversight seat.

- Monitoring the loan portfolio, including covenant testing and credit risk
- Flagging emerging risks and recommending mitigation
- Running insolvency, workout and recovery processes on distressed loans

- Partnering with credit, risk and leadership to keep lending outcomes strong
- Supporting the credit analyst team
