  • Procurement & Contract Management Consultant
Immediate Start | 3 Month Initial Assignment | Executive Level Project

We are partnering with a values driven organisation seeking an experienced Procurement & Contract Management Consultant for an immediate start, 3 month temporary consulting engagement.

This is a high impact project focused on reviewing the current procurement and contract management landscape, identifying areas for uplift, and delivering a clear roadmap for transformation. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will operate as a trusted advisor while also rolling up your sleeves to implement change.

The Project This is not a BAU procurement role. It is a focused transformation engagement requiring someone who can quickly assess maturity, diagnose gaps and drive practical improvement within a short timeframe.

    You will:
    • Conduct a full review of current procurement and contract management frameworks, policies, governance and operating model
    • Identify commercial, compliance, risk and process improvement opportunities
    • Present findings, insights and recommendations directly to the CFO and executive stakeholders
    • Develop and implement a clear transformation roadmap
    • Stabilise and uplift systems, processes and capability to create a sustainable, fit for purpose function
    About You
We are seeking a senior procurement professional who thrives in fast moving, evolving environments and can deliver impact quickly.

    You will bring:
    • Demonstrated experience leading procurement and contract management transformation projects
    • Strong governance, risk and commercial acumen
    • Confidence operating at executive level, including presenting to CFO and senior leadership
    • A hands on, pragmatic approach with the ability to move from strategy into implementation
    • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing capability
    Why This Assignment
    • Immediate start opportunity
    • Initial 3 month engagement with potential scope extension
    • Direct executive exposure and genuine strategic influence
    • The opportunity to leave a lasting legacy within the organisation
This assignment would suit a senior procurement consultant, interim Head of Procurement, or commercial leader with proven transformation experience who is available to commence immediately.
