This role will partner with key personnel across the group to lead end to end delivery of projects across key Retail and Hospitality assets as well as a head office Marketing re-brand program.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of retail and hospitality projects from initiation through to closure. These will involve organisational restructures, centralising customer agreements and driving a new Retail brand for the group.
- Work with senior stakeholders and strategy team to drive a marketing rebrand for the group.
- You will develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets and risks.
- Track project benefits, report progress, and escalate risks/issues appropriately to key stakeholders of the business
- Prepare clear project reporting for senior stakeholders and governance forums
- Support continuous improvement of project delivery frameworks and tools
To be considered for this role you will have:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within retail and/or hospitality environments (e.g. multi-site retail, food & beverage, hotels, convenience, quick service or leisure)
- Demonstrated success delivering projects across store or venue networks in customer-facing operations
- Strong understanding of retail and hospitality operations, trading cycles, peak periods and service execution challenges
- Excellent stakeholder management skills across frontline teams, operators and executive leaders
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and business cases.
