About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Accountant to take ownership of investment accounting across several major commercial property assets. This is a rare opportunity to gain full visibility of large-scale assets, working closely with senior stakeholders in a collaborative, high-performing team. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end accounting for property trusts and assets
- Prepare statutory and management reports, including audit support
- Manage tax compliance, BAS lodgements, and cashflow forecasting
- Analyse property valuations, capex, and JV performance
- Oversee outputs from external property accounting providers
- Degree in Commerce, Accounting or related field
- Minimum 4 years’ financial accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of Australian Accounting Standards
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
- Real estate or investment management experience highly regarded
